First Offense:

• 0 credit on the plagiarized/AI-generated assignment.
• Parent notified at the teacher's discretion.
• Teacher may require a Zoom to discuss the suspected violation. 
• Further submissions may not be assessed until the student-teacher Zoom has occurred.
• Offense/suspected offense is documented in Q. 

Second Offense:  

• 0 credit on the plagiarized/AI-generated assignment.
• Offense/suspected offense is documented in Q. 
• Student and parent notified. 

Subsequent Offense(s):

• 0 credit on the plagiarized/AI-generated assignment.
• Offense/suspected offense is documented in Q.
• The student may be banned from participating in the online program the following semester.
• Possible removal from online class and an F posted on the transcript, at AKChoice Administration's discretion.
• Student may be subject to disciplinary action at the discretion of their primary school administration.
